fisherman's cottages, situated
at the end of a pretty mews
in the older part of Padstow
town. This cottage has
recently been extended and
refurbished to create an ideal
holiday home which has
retained much of its original
character as well as having a
comfortable and
contemporary feel. There is
also a small, private courtyard
garden at the front. Downstairs: Kitchen/diner, lounge, sun room and bathroom with shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail. Upstairs: 1 master kingsized bedroom with ensuite, 1 double bedroom and 1 bunk bedroom (adult size). Access Statement: 3 steps take you up to the lane of Grove Place. 7/9 Grove Place is the last house on the left. A wooden gate takes you into patio area and 1 step through the front door into the sun lounge and leads into the lounge. Just off the lounge is a bathroom with shower, wash basin & WC. 11 wooden slatted stairs takes you up to two double bedrooms, one with new ensuite bathroom with shower, WC and basin., and a bunk bedroom (adult bunk beds). The nearest payphone is outside the Custom House in Padstow. The nearest bus stop is at the bottom of Staion Road next to the Council carpark. Linen and towels are provided.
