| Wings is situated in the much sought after location of Constantine Bay with stunning uninterrupted views across Trevose golf course to the coastline and the sea. The accommodation is traditionally furnished with some great features including a large open fireplace, generous sized rooms and large windows that make the most of the view. The house also benefits from large front and back gardens with a separate seating area and has ample parking and being a pleasant stroll from the golf course and Constantine Beach is in an ideal situation for golfing enthusiasts or for a family beach holiday. Downstairs: Hallway, open plan living room/dining area both with patio doors out to the patio area and garden, kitchen, two twin bedrooms each with a washbasin and a bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC. First Floor: Master double bedrooms with washbasin, a second double bedroom with washbasin and an entrance through to a twin bedroom with a cot and a bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC. Outside: Garden, patio area, a garage with parking for one car and a driveway with parking. Access statement: From the entrance there is 1 step up through the front door. On the ground floor are the hallway, open plan living room/conservatory, kitchen, two twin bedrooms and a bathroom. From the lounge and conservatory area there are patio doors leading out down 1 step to the rear garden. There is also a door in the kitchen leading over one step to the patio area. The patio area is flat with 6 steps leading to the lawn. Back inside there are 13 steps upstairs to a bathroom with bath, WC & washbasin, two double bedrooms both with a washbasin and a twin bedroom which is accessed through one of the double bedrooms. There are patio door in both the double bedrooms but these do not allow access. This property provides linen only. Linen changed weekly. Please bring your own towels. Saturday. 10 |
