The house has recently been refurbished to a very high standard and has a number of lovely features such as a ornate carved double bed, wood burner and french style furnishings and also benefits from a broadband connection, patio area and small garden. Downstairs: Hallway, sitting room with fireplace, open plan kitchen/dining room with doors out to garden. Upstairs: Hallway, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom and a bathroom with bath/shower above, WC, and washbasin. Outside: Garden with patio area. Access statement: From Barrys Lane there are 2 steps through the front door. On the ground floor is the hallway, lounge, open plan kitchen and dining room. From the kitchen there is a door leading out down 1 step to the rear garden. The garden is generally flat with a patio area and one step at down at the end. Back inside there are 13 stairs upstairs to a bathroom with bath/shower above, WC and washbasin, the master double bedroom, and a twin bedroom. This property provides linen and towels.
