With large well-established gardens to the front and rear of the property and glimpses of the estuary, this is in an ideal spot to relax and unwind. The house is of a good standard with light and airy rooms and benefits from a parking space. Bungalow with Living room/dining room, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedrooms, bathroom with bath with overhead shower and washbasin and a separate WC and washbasin. The outside area has large well-established gardens at the front and rear of the property and parking. Access statement: Outside the property there is a driveway with parking plus a garage. The main access is via the front door and from the drive there are 3 steps on the pathway to the property and a further 3 steps up to and through the front door into the hallway. As this property is a bungalow, all rooms are on the ground floor and these comprise of a kitchen, lounge/dining room, 2 double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with bath, overhead shower and washbasin and a separate WC and washbasin. The access to the rear of the property is accessed around the side of the house which is all on one level although it is slightly sloped. There is also access to the side of the house through the kitchen door which has 3 steps. The nearest payphone is on Trelawney Road in Padstow.
