walk away from the bustling
harbour, shops and

The Easter box contains everything you need for a roast lamb dinner plus some delicious extra treats! The boxes are supplied by ‘Cornwall in your Kitchen’ whose motto is ‘Visit Cornwall, Eat Cornish’ and all produce is of exceptional quality and sourced within the county. Please call the office for more details! Downstairs: Kitchen with AGA and separate cooker and a lounge/dining room. Upstairs: 1 double bedroom with kingsize bed, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bunk bedroom with full size bunks (only suitable for children) and a family bathroom with bath, shower, WC and basin. Store room for bikes and a small patio area. Access statement: Access to the property is gained straight from High Street, one tiny step/ramp from the street through a gate and into the front courtyard area. There is then one small step up to the front door, one small step over the door frame and one tiny step straight into the lounge/diner (with a selection of videos/DVDs and board games) then through to the kitchen with AGA and separate cooker. From here there is a door leading one step up and one step over the door frame to the store room (this can also be accessed from an outside door at the side of the property). 13 steps take you up to the first floor with a bathroom with bath, shower and WC, 1 double bedroom with king- size bed, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bunk bedroom with full size bunk beds (because of its size, this room is only suitable for children) The nearest payphone is outside the Custom House in Padstow. The nearest bus stop is at the bottom of Staion Road next to the Council carpark. This property provides linen. Linen changed weekly. Please bring your own towels. Friday. 4 + 2. |
