| Ellie's Den is a lovely modern holiday home situated on this select development on the immediate outskirts of Padstow town. This property has been tastefully decorated throughout and benefits from countryside views and an enclosed decked garden at the rear which is great for summer BBQ's. There is also allocated parking. Downstairs: Lounge and kitchen/diner with doors leading out to a patio garden with table and chairs. Upstairs: 1 double bedroom, 2 single bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower above, WC and basin. Allocated parking. Access Statement: As you enter Sarah's view there is a parking area with one space for Ellie's Den. From here there is one step up onto the pavement followed by a long path with a total of 5 steps plus a further 3 steps up to the front door. One step over the door frame takes you into the living area which leads through to the kitchen/diner. From here there are doors which lead out down one big step into the paved/decked garden area with table and chairs. 13 steps take you upstairs where there is a double bedroom, bathroom with bath and shower above and WC plus 2 x separate single bedrooms. The nearest payphone is on Trelawney Road in Padstow. The nearest bus stop is at the bottom of Staion Road next to the Council carpark. This property provides linen. Linen changed weekly.
