68 Church Street is a real one-off holiday house situated in the old part of Padstow town, just a short stroll from the Harbour. The property has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard and attention to detail is present everywhere, providing a comfortable and luxurious holiday home. There are an abundance of modern conveniences such as flat screen TV's and a wine fridge but at the same time the house retains beautiful old features such as wooden floors, old fireplaces and lovely a-frame beams in the top bedrooms which also have views out to the estuary over the rooftops. The main kitchen/living area is light, airy and spacious with doors opening out to a lovely enclosed garden. There is also a snug room with an open fire for those cosy, winter evenings. With the added bonus of parking, 68 Church Street is a real gem.

Holiday home comprises: Downstairs: Dining area, snug lounge, open plan kitchen/living room, utility area, wet room and WC. Upstairs: 1 twin bedroom, shower room and master double bedroom with terrace (with steps leading down to the garden) and ensuite bathroom with bath, WC & basin and Second floor: Family room with 1 single beds and a queensize bed and 1 queensize bedroom. Large, enclosed rear garden and parking. Access Statement: 68 Church Street is entered via a small paved parking area (with space for 2 cars) with 1 step in through the front door. To the right is a dining area with table, chairs and Rayburn. To the left is the 'snug' lounge with settees and open fire. Back through the dining room takes you into the open plan kitchen and living room with open fire. This follows through to the utility area and 'wet room' with shower, basin and WC. There is access out of the living area through a back door onto the parking area. There are also double doors and one step down leading out on to the patio and garden area. 11 steep, narrow steps take you up to the first floor with a twin bedroom, shower room with WC, basin, heated towel rail and shower. 1 step up takes you into the master bedroom with Plasma TV in the wall and en-suite bathroom with 1 step down and swing doors, with a bath and shower above, WC, bidet and heated towel rail. From the master bedroom there are also french doors that open onto a terrace area with one step down. There is a balustrade but care must be taken with children. From this terraced area there are 12 steps down to the slate patio and garden below. From the first floor there are 9 steep, narrow stairs that take you up to the second floor. 1 step to your right takes you in to the family room with one single beds and a Queen-size bed and 1 step to the left takes you into the other bedroom with a Queen-size bed. Both of these bedrooms have roof top and distant sea views. The garden to the rear is walled and enclosed. There is a slate patio with garden furniture and 3 steps take you up to the lawn area. The nearest payphone is outside the Custom House in Padstow. The nearest bus stop is at the bottom of Staion Road next to the Council carpark. This property provides linen and towels. Linen changed weekly. Please bring your own beach towels.
