The house is in Trevone within a short walk of Trevone beach and the coastal walks. The interior of the house is spacious and comfortable and the large, light filled rooms have been furnished beautifully. The house is full of extras including an in-house entertainment system which works throughout the lounge, kitchen/dining room and the outside patio, this is also I-Pod compatible, a large American fridge-freezer and a heated outside shower and wet suit rack. There is a large patio area to the rear of the property with ample dining space and a barbecue. At the front of the house there is plenty of off-road parking.
Holiday home comprises: Ground floor: Kitchen/Dining room, 2 double bedrooms with kingsize doubles and en-suite shower, washbasin and WC, 1 bunk bedroom with 2 sets of bunk-beds, 1 twin bedroom with zip and link single beds and en-suite shower, washbasin and WC and a main family bathroom with corner bath, double washbasin, bidet and WC. Upstairs is the lounge area with distant views of the sea. Outside patio area with barbecue and driveway with ample parking. Access statement: There is a driveway outside the property with parking. 5 steps take you up through the front door and inside. All the property with the exception of the lounge is then all on one level and comprises of an open plan kitchen, dining room with doors leading down 1 step to the patio, a double room with en-suite shower, basin and WC, a double room with en-suite shower, basin and WC, a bunk bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds and a cot with access down 1 step to the patio, a twin bedroom with zip and link single bed and en-suite shower, basin and WC and a family bathroom with double sink, corner bath, bidet and WC. There are side paths on either side of the property leading through gates from the front to the rear patio area with 3 steps onto the decking. There is also an outside shower and barbecue. Moving to the first floor there are 14 stairs leading up to the lounge area with distant sea-views over Trevone. The nearest payphone is outside the surf shop or post office/store in Trevone. The nearest bus stop is at the top of Trevone in Windmill. This property provides linen & towels. Linen changed weekly please bring your own beach towels.
